Research

Engagement surveys can provide a useful snapshot of how your people are feeling, but they won’t tell you why they’re feeling the way they are. Qualitative research helps you better understand your people and get to the heart of what’s really going on, providing insight that helps you do more of what’s working and less of what’s not. It can also support employee wellbeing by identifying and tackling sources of stress at the root before they take hold.

This kind of research works particularly well in smaller organisations -   you can talk to everyone, get the team involved in coming up with solutions, and try out (and adapt) new ideas more easily.

How it works:

I interview people and teams in person or virtually, analyse the data and present the key themes and findings. I then draw on best recent evidence to present recommendations, highlighting where effort and budget might best be invested to make working life better for everyone.

You’ll be supported throughout the process, from sharing research findings internally,  to coaching you and the team as you develop and implement your plan of action.
