About

I spent the first part of my career in marketing and advertising, leading teams in the UK, Europe and Canada. I moved into executive search for a while, then retrained as a business psychologist and coach so I could focus on the thing I’m most interested in: people’s relationship with work.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed my career, and like most people, I’ve had to navigate the mix of things that working life brings: learning to lead, changing career, new teams, new continents, promotions, burnout, difficult projects and challenging people. Sometimes it was fulfilling, exciting and rewarding; sometimes it most definitely wasn’t.

The work I do now provides the kind of support I wish I’d had. I help people understand what’s going on for them, their teams or their organisations, and support them in moving forward with more clarity and direction. Sometimes that’s through coaching, sometimes consulting (usually applied business psychology), and often it’s a mix of both.

I work across many sectors, but tend to focus on the professional services, advertising, media and marketing.
